Shiney Ahuja got bail from Bombay High Court

A sign of relief for Shiney Ahuja, who got bail from Bombay High Court on 27th April 2011 in rape case.
Shiney Ahuja was sentenced for seven years finding guilty in the rape case on March 30 ,2011.
Shiney had to deposit 50,000 as the payment of surety at the session court. Justic AR Joshi has restricted him to go out of India and he has to be in the court as and when require for the case development.
Anupama Ahuja, the wife of Shiney Ahuja said, "I am grateful to God and to all my friends and family who supported me. I don't want to comment too much because the matter is sub-judice but as I said, truth will win and I am grateful for all the support, thank you,"
