Prem Ratan Dhan Payo gets three cuts from censor board

Salman - Sonam starrer Prem Ratan Dhan Payo got U certificate from censor board but after giving three cuts. Barjatyas are known for making family oriented film giving strong message on values.

The censor board asked makers to replace the word chinar which has been used twice in the film. Here in the film the word chinar represents an immoral woman or a mistress.

Another cut is made during Antakshari sequence where the Maar Diya Jaye Ya chhod Diya Jaaye' was used. Long Antakshari is played during Ramleela and it might hurt religious sentiments of the people.

One more minor cut is there otherwise the film smoothly runs and stands up to the mark for getting U certificate. The movie is releasing on November 12.
